Since most of these products are custom made and created especially for you, we are not able to accept returns. However, if there is any defect with the product, we would be happy to return the item. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the package and an online credit only will be issued.

Monogrammed and personalized items cannot be returned and are final sale.
