Since most of these products are custom made and created especially for you, we are not able to accept returns. However, if there is any defect with the product, we would be happy to replace the item for you. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the package.
If you choose not to replace the item at that time, you will be issued an online credit only.
If you provide an incorrect shipping address, you will be responsible for any additional cost associated with changing the address.
Monogrammed and personalized items cannot be returned and are final sale.
Non personalized items, such as clothing, are returnable for store credit only within 20 days of purchase. We will happily do an exchange at that time as well. Purchaser is responsible for shipping items back. Store credit will be valid for 1 year from the date issued. Any unused credit is forfeited. Returned items must be in their original packaging with all tags on, and of course, unused. unworn. Any items shipped back that do not meet this criteria will be sent back to purchaser.
